Maes Glas: New Store Fit Out
Mealey Electrical Contractors Ltd. were commissioned by Heron Foods to fit out their new store in Maes Glas, Newport. As the principal contractor for the refit of the store we completed the following works to a supplied specification from Heron Foods:
- Installation of electrical systems (freezers, fridges, tills, sockets, fire alarms, bell system, plant, lights and extraction)
- Full mains upgrade
- Installation of new plumbing
- Installation of new partition walls
- Installation of laminate boarding in Heron Foods colours
- Replace the floor with new floor tiles throughout the store
- Installation of air conditioning
- Painting of front of store and back of office area
- Installation of new suspended ceiling
All works was carried out to specification and the project was completed on time for the grand opening of the Store.
We still carry out works on Heron Foods stores across the UK, maintaining a respectful and effective working relationship with their team.
